From Clocktower-
Masks:
At every summit the Director will send one or more of his Masks to substitute for his presence. It is not possible to mistake the appearance of these dolls, as they lack all obvious human emotions or expressions - the mask on their face is some manner of Mystic Code enabling them to communicate with the Director. Each one is numbered, and current gossip amongst students is that the mask wears whosoever puts it on. Their words carry the authority of Clocktower and may be deemed a final ruling on any question on the workings of the Geas. They are the only party capable of creating new opportunities and are willing to do so for the payment of that families resources directly to Clocktower.Recently an interloper was identified and removed from their numbers.
They enable the good functioning of Clocktower and are vital for time to progress. All families have been informed that opportunities will not end and the Clock will not chime unless they are present. On the rare occasion that this happens, existing opportunities will remain open until then.
Lady Hannah Primrose, Countess of Rosebery:
Lady Primrose is one of the more active of the Lords of Clocktower. Her area of expertise and Magic Crest are unknown but she is known for acting as a voice for many of the other Lords. Her magical interests are wide-ranging and international with strong links to the Indian Raj. Her current project is her station as Head of Faculties where she is seeking to shape the next generation of Magus and promote the development of magic in general. She is also well-known and powerful in mundane society, having inherited the largest fortune of any woman in Britain. Her main reported activities are philanthropy, politics, education and economic development of the poor. Her dress is fashionable but discreet.
Barthomeloi:
This Lord of the Clocktower holds the position of Vice-Director. This family only ever sends one member to the outside world who is invariably of extraordinary power and wealth, dressed in formal wear. The current Lord has been ruling for over a decade and, as the Director never appears in person, is the closest that Clocktower has to a visible leader. While all families are part of Clocktower, few are trusted with such authority. The Geas permits actions which can be taken against all parties involved in the agreement but all Magus are aware - to go against the Barthomeloi is to incur the displeasure of Clocktower itself. The contrary is also true, and requests which are honoured will result in benefits - at least in London.
From the Sea of Estray-
Philippe de Lyon:
The Sea of Estray is a mass of smaller organisations which rarely speak with one voice. The closest that there is to a single representative at this time is Philippe de Lyon, who holds some manner of leadership within the Prague Association. He has been formally recognised by Clocktower and can therefore move between the two due to his extraordinary talent at healing.Due to this he is often consulted by the important families of Clocktower regarding the internal politics of the Sea of Estray. When he does attend a summit it indicates that there is something which he thinks can be turned to the benefit of the Prague Association, if Clocktower acts to his wishes. He is also rumoured to act for other organisations in Estray - for a price. He can be recognised, as most members of the Sea of Estray can, by his traditional family costume which remains several centuries out of date and his hat, which by its size and floppiness, was probably never fashionable in the first place.
Fabro Rowan:
Little is known about Fabro Rowan. He rarely meets with people and lives a solitary life, away from authorities. He does not need the assistance of any other Magus to continue his research. Occasionally he will take mercenary work if he requires money.Rumours about him abound. He is certainly ancient, if not immortal. All who have been sent to slay him have failed. Many have been sent over the centuries. His is easily recognisable from his white hair and a long black coat, used to make others more comfortable in his presence. He no longer possesses a body in the normal sense of the word and finds it easier to conceal what he has become.
From the Atlas Institute-
Atlasia and her Soldiers:
The Atlas institute is unique in not only permitting people without Magic Circuits to be part of their organisation - one of many differences with Clocktower - but also in allowing them to reach the highest ranks. The current leader of Atlas is known to lack all abilities of a Magus, though they come from a long line of generations of Magus. Their family shamefully allowed their Crest to wither as they focused increasingly on their unconventional arts of Alchemy. They are permitted entrance to Clocktower on sufferance and due to poor relations do not have a fixed ambassador. London has been regarded by them as being hostile territory for over a century and they instead send soldier-Magus to attend, an insult which the Director rarely tolerates. They can be recognised by their plain clothing, sometimes carrying military rank, and that they all carry some form of mundane weapon in addition to their magical abilities.
Roxandra Aleksandrov:
This individual has been disavowed publically by the Atlas Institute. Despite this her heritage as a major researcher into the working of the Institute has earned her many allies. She raised an army of significant size under her personal control and is responsible for the state of war between the Church and the Mage's Association.
She has been seen requesting assistance from Clocktower and other parties in her campaign. She has been heard issuing dread warnings about the future but the Atlas Institute remains silent on the accuracy of these predictions. She is usually seen wearing a lab coat from her previous work in the Institute and is known for her curiosity as well as her fanaticism.

From the Church-
Cardinal Alessandro Franchi:
The Church rarely sends representatives to Clocktower, especially in these times of increasing tension between the two organisations. Sometimes there is a useful crossover which enables this contact to happen and Cardinal Alessandro Franchi is one example of this. Aware of the world of Magus but not part of it, he holds a significant position in the Raj relating to the spread of the Catholic Faith in the British Empire and beyond. This often takes him to London where he can convey any problems and, ideally, head off any disputes. While in Clocktower the Cardinal does not wear prominent clerical garb, instead making do with a dog collar and a cross to declare his faith. He does not have personal power in the realm of Magus but his words carry great weight with his masters at the High Table, back in Rome.
